The food was absolutely delicious, the parmigiana was the best I’ve tried so far (even in Italy) and the pasta with clams is one of the best pasta I’ve ever had! The portions are big and the service was warm and attentive. I’d give it more than 5 stars if it was possible! Well definitely come back.

We had dinner at La Fabbrica this evening and loved it! Our waiter Rémi was very friendly and personable yet professional, the atmosphere warm and casual/cool vibe and the food was delicious, the 3 of us each enjoyed our food and Rémi gave a great recommendation for a red wine. Definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I dined at La Fabbrica this weekend and it was delicious! It was clear our dishes (the amatriciana and the vongole) were prepared by a proper Italian chef. Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Besides the delicious food, Remi and Steffan were gracious hosts, recommending our dishes, attentive to any needs, and very friendly. They more-than-tolerated my terrible French, and we loved joking with them. They made us feel at home! We will not hesitate to return and bring guests. Go there! You won't be disappointed. I'm dreaming of that red sauce!
